Who doesn't love avocado, pistachios and bread? We've never found one person, as of yet... here Maman combines these three delicious ingredients into a simple breakfast, lunch or dinner toast. Bon appetit!

2 pieces sourdgough toast (or any other bread you like)
1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon pistachios, crushed
1 tablespoon pistachio oil (or olive oil)
1 strand parsley, for garnish
Pinch of salt and pepper
1. Toast bread slices.
2. Slice avocado and place them on each toast, sprinkle pistachios, olive oil, salt & pepper.
3. Serve with parsley leaf as garnish.
