Maman continues to explore her love of tapas size dishes with this grape & feta kabob idea she came up with last week! It's super easy to make and delicious. Bon appetit!
Serves 2 l Difficulty: very easy l Prep time: 10min l Total time: 10min
2 handfuls of watercress lettuce
8 green grapes, seedless
8 feta cubes
1. Wash the grapes (and lettuce if needed). Cut grapes in half.
2. Sandwich a piece of feta in between each grape half. Hold the pieces together with a toothpick.
3. Lay the watercress salad in each small appetizer plate. Season the salad with salt, pepper and olive oil.
4. Overlay 4 kabobs on each plate and serve!
