This sorbet is so easy to make that you don't need an ice-cream maker for it! Just blend frozen cherries, sugar and 1 egg white for a delicious result. All raw & lactose free. Bon appetit!

600 g unpitted cherries (~2.5 cups)
50g sugar (~1/4 cup)
1 egg white
1. If you make this with fresh cherries (which tastes better), the day before you need to take out pits of cherries, and stick them in the freezer over night. If you don't want to go through this step: simply buy frozen cherries.
2. Mix all ingredients in blender.
3. Pour mixture in bowl and store in freezer for 4 hours before serving.
