1 medium cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (3-5 limes)
1 1/4 cup packed mint leaves, stems removed
6 kiwis peeled
1/4 maple syrup, honey or agave
1 1/4 cup water
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze until solid for 3-4 hours.
