This is my go-to breakfast smoothie on rainy days. By combining tropical pineapples, juicy oranges and hearty bananas, this recipe brings some sunshine to any grey morning. Bon appetit!
Serves 1 l Difficulty: easy l Prep time: 10min l Total time: 10min
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (keep the rest of the pineapple for the rest of the week)
1 large banana, peeled
1 large orange, peeled and quartered
1 cup coconut yogurt (for vegan & dairy free) or greek yogurt (optional)
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Add ice to the blender if you wish, and enjoy!
