Black bean pasta

This is the recipe I make when I've worked late and I don't really feel like cooking. It combines the best of all worlds because it's extra quick to make, it's healthy (low in fat and no gluten) and it's deliciously filling. So next time you come back from work late, instead of ordering in, try this one out! :)


Serves 2  l  Difficulty: very easy  l  Prep time: 10min  l  Total time: 15min


INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen green peas 

1 handful gluten-free black been pasta                      (I buy these)

5 cherry tomatoes 

1 tablespoon Olive oil 

Coarse salt 

STEPS

1. Boil pasta, steam green peas & cut cherry tomatoes

2. Assemble it all and sprinkle with olive oil and pinch of fleur de sel
