Ceviches, crudos, sashimis... I love raw fish when it's fresh and well seasoned. Here's an idea for a meal starter, coupling shrimps and Shishito peppers into a refreshing Japanese-inspired dish. Bon appetit!

6 fresh shrimps
1 shishito pepper
1 teaspoon avocado oil (replace with pistachio oil or olive oil)
1. Clean up the shrimps (cook them in a pan if you prefer to eat them cooked).
2. Cut pepper into thin slices.
3. Assemble all ingredients and drizzle with salt, pepper and avocado oil.
