This salad recipe is inspired by Maman's love for sweet & savory flavors. When we were kids, we used to dislike that mix, eating each category of ingredients separately (sweet, then savory). Now we all love it and think you will too with the recipe below. Bon appetit!
Serves 2 l Difficulty: easy l Prep time: 15min l Total time: 25min
2 chicken breasts
3 celery stalks
3 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Pinch of salt & pepper
1. In a pan with olive oil, cook chicken breast cut in 1x1 dice, for about 10 minutes.
2. Half-way through, add curry powder and mix well.
3. In a salad bowl, mix cooked chicken, diced orange slices and celery stalks.
4. Mix all vinaigrette ingredients into a dressing and pour over salad.
