ROASTED CHESTNUT PUREE (by France)

3 cups bottled peeled roasted whole chestnuts (460g)
1 pint (soy) creamer (475ml)
0.5 stick butter, salted
2.5 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1. Melt butter in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
2. Blend all ingredients into a food mixer until smooth and of mash potato consistency. Add more or less creamer depending on the consistency you are looking for.
